This three-day program will help you develop the project management skills that you need to be successful in today¡¯s Information Technology (IT) environment. You will learn how to apply generally accepted project management practices to build and implement a realistic and robust project plan. You will learn how to balance the triple constraint issues of scope, cost, and time with other project imperatives such as quality, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will also learn how to measure project performance ¡ª objectively.
